Cancellation Policy

MassAHU’s cancellation policy for BAD WEATHER: If a public school in the town where MassAHU’s is holding a class is cancelled, then our class will also be cancelled. We will contact participants about re-scheduling. If the town in which the class is being held has a delay, MassAHU will proceed with NO change in scheduled class times.

MassAHU’s General Cancellation Policy: There will be a $35.00 penalty fee if we are not notified within three (3) working days of the scheduled class. Failure to cancel will result in loss of full registration fee. Please call 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. A $10 charge will be added to all walk-ins and registrations received within 24 hours of the class.

Licensing classes have a separate cancellation policy: Cancellations received at ANYTIME will incur a $105.00 penalty fee. Failure to cancel prior to the class date will result in loss of full registration fee. You are allowed one free transfer to another LAH LIA program as long as that is done in advance of 3 business days of the class, if it is within 3 business days of the class then a $105.00 fee will apply. All future transfers will result in a $105.00 fee.

Benefest Cancellation Policy 2011: Cancellations must be received in writing by September 16, 2011 to qualify for a refund. A $25 administrative fee will be deducted. Replacements are welcomed and no-shows will be billed.
